Quick and Healthy Breakfast

Today we’re going to see how they can make breakfast in five minutes. The first breakfast I’m going to teach you how to make is a chocolate hot cakes without flour. And for that we’re going to need only three ingredients. We’re going to need a banana, two small eggs and three teaspoons of Nesquick chocolate.

The first thing we’re going to do is take our banana and we’re going to cut it up so we can mash it with a fork. Start crushing the banana very well, until you have a thick consistency. I love this breakfast because it’s super easy to make.

Now let’s add our two eggs. Bat super good. And then we’ll add the three spoonfuls of chocolate. Stir well our mixture until we have something uniform. Now we’ll go to the kitchen and in a frying pan we’ll start making our hot cakes. With this mixture you get approximately five to four hot cakes. We let them cook super good. We turn our hot cake around so that you can finish cooking super delicious.

Once you’ve finished making them all, now it’s time to decorate them so they taste more delicious. I wanted to put some red fruits on it, but you can put whatever you want on it and now you can enjoy it. I promise you’re gonna love it.

For the second breakfast we will need a banana, oatmeal, granola, baking powder, a pinch of baking soda and a pinch of salt. 100 g of Greek yogurt.

Since we have all our ingredients, let’s add them in a bowl. We are going to start by crushing our banana super well until we have a stable consistency, now yes, we are going to add our granola, approximately three tablespoons of granola and three tablespoons of oatmeal.

Then let’s add our Greek yogurt, an egg, and stir our mixture super well until it’s homogeneous or everything is super well incorporated. Finally, let’s add a pinch of salt. Now we do stir super well and we are going to add our mixture in some containers to be able to put them in the microwave.

Now let’s put them in the microwave for about two minutes. If your microwave doesn’t have as much power, I recommend that you leave it a little longer. Once the two minutes have passed, now we take them out of the microwave and it’s time to decorate them.

I put the red fruits in it because I love them, I put a little raspberry and strawberry in it, but you can put the fruit you like the most, and that’s it! It’s that easy to make this delicious breakfast, it’s really delicious and very nutritious.

The third idea of breakfast is a little more salty and I like this one very much because it has vegetables and a little bit of protein. To make this recipe we will need spinach or lettuce, or whatever you like the most: vegetables, two eggs and a little grated fresh cheese. Let’s put our spinach is a container that can be put in the oven and then add our eggs to make them starry and give it a little more flavor we’ll add fresh cheese.

Let’s put it in for about 10 to 15 minutes at 300°. Once the 15 minutes have passed we take it out and now it is time for breakfast. Did you see how easy it is to make these breakfasts? I love them and they’re super nutritious.
